In Finland, the biggest water show Boat-Afloat will start, which will take place from August 16 to 19, 2012. The yacht club on the island of Lauttasaari (Helsinki) will present hundreds of novelties among small and large vessels (boats, yachts), as well as marine equipment.
In this year's exhibition, the number of yachts will reach 33, and the number of motor boats and small vessels — 252. Marine equipment is exhibited at 78 different stands. 137 participants will take part in the exhibition. Last year's water show was attended by about 14,340 visitors.
The Boat-Afloat show is organized with the support of the Finnish maritime industry, the Finnboat Federation.
